After deciding to join the 360 Business Club, you meet with your instructor or coach one-on-one for skills assessment, business assessment and for setting goals. You will also go over the Rules of Engagement in the 360 Business Club with the instructor at this time.
Fully participate in one Business Blueprint Development session and follow through on any committments you make during the session. This session could be a one-on-one session with the AMBICA Instructor which may be jointly conducted with multiple participants. This could also be combined with step number one as necessary.
In this session, we help you create your own vision of "All You Wanted Your Business To Be" and a Business Blueprint to get you there. This Blueprint becomes you roadmap that you bring to the Business Workout Session every week and edit, enhance and fine-tune it as you develop new insights, systems, ideas and actions for you business.
Steps 1 and 2 and the requirements for the White Belt in "AMBICA Inspired" Certification. You must have attained the white-belt level before you can start attending the Business Workout Sessions.
Regularly attend and fully particpate in the Business Workout sessions every week. If you have signed up for a Gold or Platinum membership, you may also want to add your coaching sessions to your calendar.
The belt test is required for continuous attendance in the program. The belt tests are a very significant part of 360 Business Club and are pivotal to your success in the program as we fine-tune and customize our training approach for you based on your skill level in the program.

One of the problems found in the continuous reinforcement programs is that after the initial excitement fizzles, a sort of boredom sets in. Attendance drops. Learning stops. Folks make all kinds of excuses not to attend the training sessions. You may have noticed, "Death by Presentations" is now officially a world-wide epidemic. We have designed our sessions so that you won't once look at the clock during the session and will be a bit disappointed when it's over.
By making each of our sessions unique, we make sure that each session is engaging, immensely interesting and often entertaining with useful lessons that could be applied immediately. There are three main reason why the 360 Business Club session are 180 degrees (pardon the pun!) from BORING: 1) Participants are Co-Producers, 2) Tailored to Business Challenges, 3) 13.8 Million Combinations.
The workshops participants are the main actors in our production. Yes, there is a theme. Yes, we provide a contextual framework for each session. Yes, we have great facilitators who have things to share. But never will we lecture you with stuff. In fact, our trainers and facilitators are strickly ordered to follow the five minutes rule, which states that under no circumstances they are allowed to speak alone for more than five minutes at a stretch.
Each session is made intensely practical by opening with a challenge or a goal, small or big and taking it through the Conscious Structures process. This process is driven by our unique "insight based learning" process which uses the insights of the participants to drive home lessons, insights and actions. Every session takes them through all seven layers of the Conscious Structures but the layers are taught at different levels. (White Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt etc.) In each session, the participants learn to align their source (inspiration), knowledge, market identity, strategy, emotional engagement, time & energy and systematic actions.
In each layer, we have over a dozen learning processes and exercises. (We are continuously adding new processes and exercises.) Some of them are just a few seconds short and some of them are a up to 20 minutes long. At one dozen for each layer, we have 84 total processes. Do the math and you will find that the total number of combinations in which a session can be conducted is over 13.8 million! (7 to the power of 12, if you are mathematically inclined.) Add to this the unique issues and challenges brought to the class by our participants and the freedom of the instructor who can choose to go many different routes during the class, and you can be assured that you will have to never have to sit through the same class in the same way again.
No two workshops will be exactly alike. And yet, there is a process, a structure that we follow, which ensures that there is consistency, predictability and common elements in each session. In conducting our sessions, we take our inspiration from the Nature. One thing that the nature does so well is that it brings order and chaos together in all of its creation in a beautiful harmony. No two trees are alike. And yet they share common elements and common structures. Same with clouds, mountains, streams and rivers.

In everything we do, including at 360 Business Club, we go to the most common denominator among all the areas of running a business: the Human Dynamics. More specifically, we address the Seven Layers of Human Existence and seek to align them with the clients we work with. When this alignment occurs, all facets of a business come into alignment. This Seven Layer model, called Conscious Structures, is based on deep study, research and in-the-field work involving thousands of hours and many, many years, that enable businesse to achieve superior performance and is proven to produce results.
We believe the silver bullet does exist. Businesses achieve superior performance all the time. But the trick is in the execution, the implementation. That's why, implementing our solutions involves sincere committment in time and effort for a number of months in mastering the building of a great business.
In each of the Business Workout Sessions, we address these seven layers. We do have a different focus every time. The time and attention we give to each layer in a particular session may vary depending on the focus of the session. But there is always a method that we follow in each session that is basically the identical, yet the experience of going through it for a participant is always unique.
No. The materials, written and audio, you get with our programs are really quite unprofessional. Well, not really. Let us explain.
Training compaies go through huge expense and efforts invloving professional voice-over experts and actors, editors and multiple versions of script-writing in producing their professional materials. In today's reality TV, socially networked, environmentally conscious age, we believe this approach is grossly outdated. So we save our efforts and expenses and pass the savings onto you. In the process, we also save some trees.
You do get something though, that we believe is far more valuable than these "professional" materials.
We audio-record all our sessions and, after minimum editing to clean up the dead-spots and irrelevant content, make them available to our 360 Club Members through a password protected website. The worksheets and written materials used in the workshops are also made available on the website with user id and password.
When you become a member, you get access to our online resource which has a repository of all of our in-class training materials as well as recordings of almost all of our past live training sessions, both in-person sessions as well as those conducted online.
This also prevents the content from going stale, keeping it fresh and dynamic and also allows some of the best stuff to surface that normally would not in a "mormal" training session: the stuff that comes from our participants and members, folks like yourself.
How is 360 Business Club Different from getting an MBA?
360 BC is practical, proven, action-oriented and results-oriented which you master by DOING both in the classroom as a laboratory and in the real-world. MBA is intellectual and theory based. We often call 360 Business Club an MBA in Action, although that does not tell the full story.
Business is a touch sport. You can't learn how to build a successful one by going to college. Can you learn how to play tennis by reading books and writing a thesis?
Building a Business involves human factors: learning to fail and succeed, learning to presevere, learning to fall and get up. These skills can only be learned by DOING, not reading about them or intellectualizing them. Like playing tennis, learning to build a business has a strong component of practicing.
You graduate from an MBA program in two years. But you never graduate from learning how to build a business. So you ever graduate from 360 Business Club. Would Tiger Woods graduate from learning how to play better golf? Would Michael Jordon declare that he has graduated from playing basketball? Did Cal Rikpen, Jr. stop practicing base ball after he became a major league player? Retire? Yes, eventually. Graduate? Never! (Cal Rikpen still practices baseball even several years after he retired from professional baseball.)
In an MBA program, your grades depend on how well you score on a test or in a thesis or reports. At 360 Business Club your "grades" (we have 18 levels of Business Building Mastery) are measured in 18 levels of Business Building Mastery, much like the Belt System in Karate which could take you a lifetime to master.
In an MBA program, you never find out whether or not your education resulted in concrete business results. At 360 BC a portion of our grading depends of the actual systems you have implemented as well as the results your business is producing in various areas of its operation.
At 360 BC you start getting results from day one. In an MBA program, you have to wait till the graduation date.
MBA promises that you will master building a business in 2 years or less by reading books and writing theoretical business plans. We don't. We believe that business building is a skill, a science and an art form that needs devotion, practice and effort, much like learning martial arts, yoga or tennis.
We also believe that business building is not an academic exercise, it's a practical exercise where we must learn by doing; both in the lab environment and in the real-world. That learning how to build a business goes beyond head - which is where an MBA program stops - and goes to heart, action and inspiration.
Finally, business requires engaging with it from heart, mind and soul, spirit. That's why we address all those human faculties and more in our club sessions. An MBA requires only one kind of engagement: intellectual. That's important, but a small part of the total engagement you require with your business in order to be successful at it.
No, not at all. Only that your MBA degree is one-fourth or 25% of the way to mastering business building. If you have an MBA degree, you will have a head-start in at 360 Business Club as you will be able to take what you have learned in your MBA degree and take it a setp further. You will be able to engage with it with it more intensely, translate it into specific actions and systems so that you can get concrete, measurable results from your business. You will be able to learn how to build concrete systems that get concrete and sustainable result from what you already know.
And perhaps, while you are in 360 Business Club, you will find that some of the stuff you learned in your MBA program does not apply on the street. That in building a business, you often need Uncommon Wisdom and Insights, not the Common Wisdom you learn at an MBA school.
No, you don't have to wait the whole year before getting results. In fact, you will start getting results only after attending one session.
