Ever wish you could run away from your business? Take a vacation?

Do your Sunday afternoons depress you a little?

Fantasize about taking up a job as a bus driver (or any other occupation that would not be so stressful)?

Does running your business drain you?

Explored all avenues for growth to a dead-end?

Know what to do to grow your business but can't do it?

What if your business rejuvenated you instead of draining you?

What if you looked forward to the Monday morning all weekend?

What if running your business was like playing Monopoly or Golf (or substitute you favorite board game or a sport)?

You walk away with unique insights into your challenges or solutions.

You come away refreshed, energized and fired up and yet relaxed and peaceful at the same time.

You come away more focused (less scattered), clearer (less confused) and more confident.

You build business connections that are solid and supportive.

You build a unique support system to turn to for solutions to your business problems.

You own more of yourself - find that relaxed, cool Presence that allows you to handle your challenges with ease and confidence.

You remove mental roadblocks on the way to success - some known and yet many unknown to yourself.

TGIT is designed to engage you with yourself at your Deepest Essence, so that you could engage with you business and with your life fully, passionately and decisively.

But, you don't have to worry about all that while attending the group meetings.

The group meetings are designed to make it relaxing, rejuvenating and exhilarating to engage with your business. We want you to "leave it all behind" when you come to the meeting so that you can fully participate in the meeting. You will also get a taste of what it feels like to be fully engaged with you business and your life. In the end, you will walk away with a sense of optimism and exhilaration about your business, your life and the world and situations around you.

That's why you would want to look forward to the next Thursday meeting. Who knows, the next time the Thursday meeting rolls around, you might even say to yourself - OK, maybe silently,  "Thank GOD It's Thursday!"

TGIT is a part Book Reading Club, a part Support Group and a part Mastermind Group that puts us - the participants - in touch with our Deepest Essence through sharing, reflecting on and applying wisdom from some of the most ancient as well as today's progressive, inspiring inspirational literature.

The format blends philosophy with practicality and reality. A TGIT Meeting has three parts:

  • In the first part, participants share one of their business challenges with the group. These challenges are written up on a board or a flip-chart.

  • In the second and the most powerful, one of the members presents or reads a concept from the Inspirational book of his/her choosing - or from a book chosen by the group - which is a followed by a rigorous discussion of the concept by all members. Stimulants for the discussion are provided by the facilitators as needed along with appropriate questions to guide the discussion (not to interfere with it). The intent is to make "free connections" among members from their cultures and backgrounds to truly add to the concept originally presented by the member. The concept often takes many forms in the minds of the participants where they gain unique insights into their true nature, their Essence. And ultimately their business challenges.

  • In the third part, the groups helps each member provide a unique insight into the problem that they shared at the beginning of the meeting in the hopes that that challenge would be overcome or turned into an opportunity to move forward.

Don't know what this all means? Just show up at a meeting, spend two hours with us, and experience the meeting for yourself. There is no obligation to return if you don't feel like it.

No. But an anonymous donation of $5 or more - a secret box is provided out-of-sight so you don't feel obligated to donate - will go to 1000 Libraries (a project of a not-for-profit, FoR Peace (Fellowship of Religions in Peace)), whose mission is to develop 1000 Librairies of Inspirational Books around the world in developing in communities.

TGIT is a group of business people who are dedicated to tapping the best and most important resource they have, themselves,  for solving business problems, achieving their goals and realizing their full potential.

We value diversity in every way possible as diversity allows us to find the common truths we all share. Diversity of ideas, opinions and beliefs. Diversity of types of businesses and size of businesses. Diversity of nationality, cultural background, race and gender. Diversity of age and level of education. Diversity of the level of intellectual, emotional and spiritual development. Diversity of religions, cultural backgrounds and spiritual and moral (amoral?) beliefs (or non-beliefs).

Follow these simple yet important guidelines and you will maximize the time you will spend with us:

Come with an open mind. It's great to have your convictions, opinions and beliefs. We will tap into those in this meeting. At the same time, be prepared to put them aside so you can fully understand - not necessarily agree with - the contents of the material we discuss, the topics we take on and  other people's opinions, convictions and beliefs.

Drop all preconceptions while at the meeting. You can always take them back when you leave.

The primary purpose of our discussions is not to find disagreements but to find common grounds, common truths behind every concept, notion and idea. This does not mean that we won't disagree. But when we do, we are respectful and go beyond the disagreement to find that common concept that we can agree on.

As much as possible - sometime it's hard to do - let go of all your worries, preoccupations, even expectations.

TGIT is designed primarily for business owners and entrepreneurial sales people who think and act like business owners. However, anyone can benefit from the meeting and is highly encouraged to attend.
